About Fish Tail GalleryFounded in 2004 by owner and artist Rande Orton, Fish Tail Gallery is a newer business in beautiful Bend, Oregon, home of the famous Deschutes River, known for its World Class Fly Fishing. Creating Fish Replicas since 1990, and a lifetime of artistic background, Rande has become known for his artistic work. Born in Idaho where he began fishing at the age of 3, and living in additional locations of California, Texas, and Oregon, Rande has created numerous Fish Replicas of many, many species, including Coldwater, Warmwater, Saltwater, and Exotics caught around the world. Now, this has all evolved into a Gallery of Decorative Fish Replicas, Custom Fish Replicas, Fly Displays, and other items. Realism, Quality and Service are the most important features of Fish Tail Gallery. Specializing in Fish Replicas, it makes it much more efficient and easier to focus on our Fish related artwork, providing the highest quality and service to our customers. The goal for my Fish Replicas is to make them as realistic as possible. This has always been an evolving and enjoyable task. I am continuously striving for perfection and applying new materials and new methods to achieve the best possible products. I love what I do and always strive for the perfect art piece. Its a very gratifying and enjoyable job. With new adventures to come, the new gallery will consist of my artwork and many other artists work. It will all be fishing and wildlife oriented. We will offer products that are truly original and collectable to enhance any home or room. For summer of 2007 we are also pleased to offer our custom fish blanks. These will mostly consist of Trout, but will have a few Bass, Salmon and other fish. These will be very detailed blanks that are durable and easy to work with for the artist.
