Product Features
Heads
- Excellent detail with very little sculpting.
- Made of a very durable urethane that becomes
flexible with a heat gun or blow dryer to manipulate for your application.
- Heads are a grayish color providing excellent
detail visibility.
- Mouths are molded naturally and in detail, very
little, if any sculpting.
- Eye sockets are already ground and ready for your

- Extra material behind eye sockets in case you need
to grind deeper.
- Heads are seamless requiring no seam work and
providing quality detail.
- Heads are cast, ground, sanded and washed, ready to
use.
- Mouths are molded for excellent detail on open
mouth versions.
- Length is determined from the rear apex of the gill
cover to the tip of the longest part of the jaw.
Fish Blanks
- Our Fish Blanks are preassembled with the exception
of eyes and the pectoral and ventral fins. Only minutes away from painting.
- Seams, tail, & fins are sanded and polished smooth,
heads attached, and everything washed and ready to paint after the pectoral,
ventral fins and eyes are installed by you, with your choice of positioning.
- Bodies and heads are composed of a very durable
urethane that captures excellent detail (gray in color).
- Tail and Fins are composed of a durable urethane
that is slightly flexible, transparent, and easy to work with (amber in
color).
- Pectoral and Ventral fins are molded in a natural
wave or curve. In some cases they are flat, or flat ones may be available
upon request.
- Fin sockets are already ground specifically for
easily fitting the fins.
- Eye sockets are already ground and ready for your
eyes and your method installation.
- Extra material is cast behind the fin sockets and
eye sockets in case you need to grind deeper for specific applications.
- Seam fins (ie. dorsal(s), anal, adipose) and tail
are molded with the body(attached), so these joints are all 100% natural.
Pectoral and Ventral fins are the only fins needing to be
attached/assembled.
- Heads are seamless requiring no seam work and
providing quality detail.
- Mouths are molded for excellent detail on open
mouth versions.
- Wood blocks are installed in the backside of the
body unless otherwise specified.
- Length of Fish Blank is determined by measuring
both sides of the fish, then averaging the measurements.
- Custom Molding may be available. Call to discuss if
you have a fish you want molded.
- Our catalog provides photos of the front side, back
side and top view to help with your selection.
- Smaller packages are shipped Priority Mail, with
larger packages shipping Federal Express Ground service.
- Visa & Mastercard accepted. No C.O.D.’s. Checks and
money orders accepted, items not shipped until funds have cleared.
- Feel free to call and ask any questions or to check

Returns - If any of our Heads or Fish Blanks are found to
be defective please call and we will likely accept a return and quickly replace
it with a corrected blank. If a Fish Blank or Head is
not to your satisfaction, please call to discuss. Satisfaction is extremely
important to us.
